Hollywood with its stars on the Walk of Fame was the first place I wanted to visit when I came to the USA.
For anyone who doesn’t know, Hollywood is located in Los Angeles, CA. With beautiful movie palaces open for visits, Hollywood Boulevard is where Old Hollywood began.
For locals, Hollywood, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, etc. are called cities, but to clarify, they can be better considered as a large neighborhoods than cities.
I, to the local’s surprise, love Hollywood. Though there are a lot of homelessness lately and the streets are hard to keep clean, it’s still nice to walk around. I personally prefer the city life. I enjoy the busyness and may be that’s why I don’t feel bad walking in Hollywood’s crowded streets among the many interesting and “strange” people.
Hollywood Boulevard is a cultural touchstone in Los Angeles, including museums, monuments, and other Hollywood attractions honoring the city’s vast film and media history. In Hollywood, California, there are so many things to do! The walk of fame stretches for about 1.3 miles from east to west. There are theme shops, souvenir shops, cinemas, cafes, but there is nothing fancy.
